Do not worry
This was my devotional today from "Jesus Calling" and it was too good not to post. I pray that if you are in a place of worry like I have been, to cast those over to the Lord. I am speaking from experience that there is such freedom in doing so. When those doubts and fears come in, replace them with what God's word says. This is something I am doing on a daily basis, hourly in fact. Remember that fear is never from the Lord. Satan will put those fears in your mind. If he can get you to believe them, then you will begin to act them out and he will have you in a place where you are in bondage to those fears. When you are in bondage to them, you can't fully see what the Lord has for you. The goodness and peace he can bring to you. This realization has helped me out immensely over the last few weeks.

Thank you for this. After four miscarriages and over a year trying for a baby, I got my period today. So I definitely needed this.
I SO needed to be reminded of this. I seem to continually let "tomorrow's worries and past regrets" consume me, but as you reminded me, I should leave them to God. I worry about everything. I need to remember that He is our Father and WANTS so badly for us to ALLOW Him to take care of us. Thank you for sharing.
