I was born and raised in Southern California and loved my life growing up as a soccer player and singer. In 1999 I left The O.C. with my family and headed to the South to follow the dream of a Christian Recording Artist. That dream came true, as well as another dream of meeting my husband. We met through our booking agent and 9 years later we are still happily married.
I walked a long road through infertility and heartbreak and the loss of our firstborn daughter, Zoe Renae on Oct. 8, 2004. I was blessed to be called mom again with my daughters Brooklyn and Sydney. We were thrilled to find out we were pregnant again in the summer of 2010. Unfortunately, I delivered my son Jonathan Andrew, stillborn on August 12, 2010. He now plays with his big sister in Heaven.
I started blogging because I was terrible at keeping a scrapbook, that and the fact that it was my husband's idea. He actually signed me up for my Blogger account. I love to write about my girls, health, home organization and my faith. Infertility and loss doesn't define me, but it has given me a stronger faith and helped develop character. My prayer is that the Lord would use my story to help women overcome infertility and loss by giving them, Hope in the Waiting.
