People love them. They want to know where I got them. I bought them at a local Triathlon shop here in town, but they are K-Swiss, so I am sure you can find them anywhere. The soles aren't blue, those are my funky orthodics I have to wear. Lucky me!
Last weeks runs went great. I logged over 14 miles, plus 3 miles on the bike. That's the most active week I have had in years and it felt good, sore, but good. My hubby came up with the idea of starting a running group in my neighborhood and it's been so much fun. We run 3 miles on Monday and Thursday at 8pm. Last week we had 6 women on Monday and 6 on Thursday. I live in a very hilly neighborhood, so it is not an easy run by any means. Add heat and humidity to the mix and it makes for a thrilling night. :)
I have found running to be a good stress reliever and I am also noticing I can climb a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing. That's a good thing. Now if I can only see the scale move, I will be a happy camper.

I love that quote! And I like to run especially to get me some endorphines to relieve the infertility stress. I don't go fast but at least I go! I trained and did the st jude 1/2 in 2009 and that was a huge first for me. Now I only go about 2-3 miles every time. But I'm building back up. love the yellow shoes too!
Thanks for your comment Amy. That's awesome that you did a 1/2 marathon. I may work myself up to that point, but for know hopefully a 10K. I'm glad it helps you relieve stress. Going through infertility is definitely stressful. I pray soon that you will be blessed with a child. He will give you the desires of your heart. Blessings.
